100% Premium Whey Protein 5 Lbs - One Science Nutrition (OSN)

I have been using The One Science Whey Protein for 3 months now and the results have just been phenomenal for me personally. The muscle mass growth has been beyond my expectations and the recovery has been above par.

It was really really sweet and the chocolate flavoring used is way too sweet instead of a rich thick cocoa taste, it feels really cheap quality. As for the digestives and packaging, it was good. But if I’ve to rate the protein content solo, I’d give it a 2/5. As the protein also got chunky particles in there.

I’ve been using One Science Nutrition (OSN) 100% Premium Whey Protein for a while and I’m really happy with it. The taste is good, it mixes easily with water or milk, and I haven’t experienced any major bloating or discomfort. It’s a convenient option for meeting my daily protein requirements, especially after workouts. Overall, good quality whey for the price and definitely worth trying.

The Strawberry White Chocolate flavour is incredible! It's not too sweet and has a nice, light strawberry taste. Mixes beautifully.

You really need to shake it hard or use a blender. A bit lumpy with a normal shaker if you don't shake enough. Taste is great though!
